Talk about the three classic cement grinding technology

The energy situation of our country is quite severe.There is a big difference between present situation of building materials industry and national requirement of sustainable development in our country. With the implementation of the new cement standard, the quality requirements of cement are also increased accordingly, so cement grinding has become an important process in cement production line.

The three classic technologies of cement grinding are: energy-saving transformation technology of ball grinding mill, high-yield powder separator technology and roller press technology.

（1）Energy-saving transformation technology of ball grinding mill

Large scale ball grinding mill mainly adopts high fine and high yield grinding technology.Its core technology is the use of in-mill screening device + small size grinding body, which can be also used in closed circuit mill.At present, it has been successfully applied in the mill.

（2）High-yield powder separator technology

In the closed-circuit cement grinding system, the performance of the high-yield powder separator directly affects the technical and economic indicators of the cement grinding system. The technical transformation of the large-scale powder separator is mainly in the following aspects: the improvement of the spreader, the improvement of the rotor, the improvement of the air intake, the improvement of the third air and the improvement of the guide blade.

（3）Roller press technology

The roller press technology has a long research history and a high maturity in China, and now a series of key problems of application have been basically solved, especially the deep research of process and the improvement of the reliability of the main engine have made the operation rate of the roller press system reach the level of the ball grinding mill. The extrusion grinding process of roller press mainly includes pre-grinding process, combined grinding process and half-middle grinding process.
